1. Catharnia did not like the idea of her jewels and others precious iyems were being left with the maid.
2. Van Ruijven has asked for a solo picture of Griet and she is to pose for it.
3. Her master is now becoming more protective of Griet.
4. Pieter is soon going to ask for her fathers approval to marry Griet.
5. Griet is sexually harrassd by Ruijven and Catharnia does not know of the painting of Griet.
